| Flexible Spending Accounts |
- A Flexible Spending Account (FSA) allows you to set aside before-tax income to pay for dependent care and out-of-pocket Healthcare expenses.
- Payless offers two Flexible Spending Accounts: Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and Healthcare Flexible Spending Account. UnitedHealthcare processes claims for both the Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account and Healthcare Flexible Spending Account.
- A Consumer Accounts Card will be provided to Flexible Spending Account participants.
- When you incur eligible medical, dental, and/or vision treatment; or day care services covered under your Flex Plan, you will be eligible for reimbursement from your Flexible Spending Account.
- 2007 Flexible Spending Account contributions will be deducted from your paychecks throughout the calendar year.
- 2007 eligible expenses for reimbursement must be incurred January 1, 2007 - March 15, 2008.
