2007 Annual Benefits Enrollment

2007 Annual Benefits Enrollment will be available November 1, 2006 through November 21, 2006.

  • All Associates are eligible to participate in the 2007 Annual Benefits Enrollment.


  • For medical plans, you only need to log on to MyInfo if you want to enroll in a Flexible Spending Account, make changes to your current benefits, enroll in new benefits, or add or change beneficiaries. If you are satisfied with your current benefits, no further action is required on your part (except for Flexible Spending Accounts which require re-enrollment).

If you are participating in a plan that is no longer offered in 2007, your medical plan election may be defaulted to a comparable plan or you may be required to enroll in another plan during the Annual Enrollment period if you wish to continue coverage. If you wish to waive coverage, you may do so during the Annual Enrollment period. See chart below for specific information:

If your zip code no longer meets the provider and facility availability criteria established by Payless, your medical plan election will be defaulted to a comparable plan during Annual Enrollment. If you wish to enroll in another medical plan available in your area or waive coverage, you must make an election during the Annual Enrollment period. Associates whose zip codes have changed their plan network eligibility will be notified at their home mailing address prior to Annual Enrollment. See chart below for specific information:

To participate in a 2007 Flexible Spending Account, you must make an election during this Annual Benefits Enrollment period.

Once you've used this site to learn about the benefit changes for 2007, logon to My Info to make your 2007 benefit elections. Elections made during Annual Benefits Enrollment will be effective 1/1/07 through 12/31/07.

Deductions for new elections will be on the first pay period that includes January 1, 2007. For Store Associates, 2007 premiums will be reflected in the check you receive on January 12, 2007. For Non-Stores Associates, 2007 premiums will be reflected in the check you receive on January 19, 2007.

2007 Flexible Spending Account deductions will begin in the check you receive on January 5, 2007, for Store and Non-Stores Associates.
