Hawaii - HMSA Medical Plan
  • The HMSA plan provides two plan choices - a comprehensive plan (CompMed) and a health maintenance organization (HMO) plan.
    • With the CompMed plan, you receive the highest level of benefits by using a participating provider.
    • With the HMO, you receive benefits as long as you use HMSA network providers.

  • The HMSA plan is a medical and dental package only (for both the CompMed and HMO options).

  • The HMSA plan is available to Associates who live in Hawaii.

  • Ask your Manager for an HMSA enrollment packet or call HMSA to have a packet sent to your home address.

  • The enrollment packet includes specific information about the HMSA plans.
