| TakeCare Medical Plan |
- The TakeCare plan is available to all Associates who live in Guam and Saipan.
- Part-time Associates are not eligible for Company contributions to the medical plan.
- Ask your Manager for a TakeCare enrollment packet or call TakeCare to have a packet sent to your home address.
- The enrollment packet includes specific information about the TakeCare plan.
