The Company observes the following holidays for Non-Stores Associates.
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Day (December 25)
- Full-time and Part-time Associates are eligible for holiday pay.
- Those Full-time Associates that work on an observed Non-Stores holiday will receive their regular rate of pay for the regularly scheduled number of hours worked on the holiday plus eight hours of holiday pay.
- Part-time Associates receive holiday pay based on the following formula:
- Total number of hours worked during the regular work week times the hourly rate of pay divided by five days.
- You must work the scheduled work day before and after the holiday unless;
- The holiday falls during a vacation;
- Your regularly rotating day off falls on either the day before or the day after the holiday;
- You have a proven illness;
- You have prior written authorization from your Supervisor.
- If an observed holiday falls during an Associate's vacation, the Associate will receive an additional day of vacation.
