Non-Stores Holidays

The Company observes the following holidays for Non-Stores Associates.

      • New Years Day
      • Memorial Day
      • Independence Day (July 4)
      • Labor Day
      • Thanksgiving Day
      • Day after Thanksgiving
      • Christmas Day (December 25)

  • Full-time and Part-time Associates are eligible for holiday pay.

  • Those Full-time Associates that work on an observed Non-Stores holiday will receive their regular rate of pay for the regularly scheduled number of hours worked on the holiday plus eight hours of holiday pay.

  • Part-time Associates receive holiday pay based on the following formula:
    • Total number of hours worked during the regular work week times the hourly rate of pay divided by five days.

  • You must work the scheduled work day before and after the holiday unless;
    • The holiday falls during a vacation;
    • Your regularly rotating day off falls on either the day before or the day after the holiday;
    • You have a proven illness;
    • You have prior written authorization from your Supervisor.

  • If an observed holiday falls during an Associate's vacation, the Associate will receive an additional day of vacation.
